Meet Our Founder
Jade Luci
Driven by a passion for education and community, Jade Luci established Play to Learn Early Learning Centres to create spaces where children’s natural curiosity is nurtured and educators are empowered to grow alongside them.
With over 20 years in early childhood, Jade has studied early childhood development, psychology, human development, effective management, and health and wellbeing. She is a strong advocate for empowerment, ensuring every child experiences a learning environment, community, and support that lays the foundation for lifelong learning and success.
Jade is actively involved with the children, families, carers, and staff within the Play to Learn community, building meaningful connections and fostering the vital partnership between childcare and home. Her integrity, expertise, and accessibility have earned the trust of families and educators alike, supporting Play to Learn as it grows and expands to more communities across Sydney.
