1. About Us
Play to Learn Early Learning is a privately owned and operated early childhood education provider in Australia.

Play to Learn is solely owned and operated by Learn to Play Play to Learn Pty Ltd (Approved Provider).

We are not owned, governed or operated by a board of directors, or external organisation.All operational, educational and business decisions are made under the direction of the Approved Provider.

2. Services
Play to Learn provides:
Early Learning and Care (Long Day Care)
Preschool and Kinder Programs

Services are delivered in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant Australian childcare regulations.

3. Tours & Enrolment
Centre tours are complimentary and obligation-free.
Booking a tour does not guarantee enrolment.
Enrolment is subject to:
Availability
Completion of required documentation
Acceptance of enrolment terms

4. Fees & Payments
Fees vary based on:
Child’s age
Number of enrolled days

Eligible families may receive the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) through Services Australia.

Full fee details are provided during the enrolment process or centre tour.

5. Educational Programs
Our programs are designed to support:
Emotional development
Social confidence
Communication skills Transition to school

While we aim to support each child’s development, individual outcomes may vary.

6. Health & Safety
Play to Learn maintains:
Secure access procedures
Supervision standards aligned with regulations
Health, safety and wellbeing policies

All policies comply with Australian childcare legislation and are available upon request.

COMMUNITY BUILDERS REFERRAL PROGRAM - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Program Overview
The Community Builders Referral Program (“Program”) is offered by Play to Learn Early Learning Centres (“Play to Learn”) to recognise and reward currently enrolled families who refer new families to the service.Participation in this Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Program Period
The Program is valid for a period of 30 days, commencing 9 April 2026 and concluding 8 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).To be eligible for any incentives, referred families must both enrol and commence care within the Promotional Period.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Referring Families
To be eligible, referring families must:Be currently enrolled at Play to LearnNot be in the process of withdrawing from careHave all fees up to date at the time of reward allocationEmployees of Play to Learn are not eligible to participate as referring families.
3.2 Referred Families
To qualify as a valid referral, the referred family must:Be a new family (not previously enrolled or registered with Play to Learn)Not be a sibling of an existing enrolled childBe referred by a currently enrolled family in accordance with Clause 4.

4. Referral Identification
A referral will only be considered valid where:The referred family nominates the referring family at the time of enquiry or enrolment, and The referral is recorded by Play to Learn (via form, email, CRM, or written confirmation) Play to Learn is not responsible for unrecorded, retrospective, or disputed referrals.In the event of duplicate referrals, the referral will be awarded to the first valid recorded referral.

5. Referral Requirements
For incentives to be issued, the referred family must:Enrol and commence care within the Promotional Period
Attend for a minimum of four (4) consecutive weeks
Not submit notice to withdraw during this period
Commencement is defined as the child’s first booked and attended day of care, not the enrolment date.All conditions must be met before any incentives are issued.

6. Incentives – New Families
Eligible referred families will receive:
Waived enrolment fee (valued at $200)
One (1) complimentary session (valued up to $195)
A Play to Learn uniform
A curated enrolment pack
A book aligned with the Empowered Children’s Program.

7. Incentives – Referring Families
Eligible referring families will receive:
One (1) complimentary session (valued up to $195) per referring family (not per referral)
One (1) children’s book to support emotional development (per family)
A family experience pass upon successfully referring their first enrolled family.

8. Major Reward – Multiple Referrals
Referring families who successfully refer three (3) new families within the Promotional Period will receive a 2-night weekend accommodation reward.
To qualify:
All three referred families must meet the requirements outlined in Clause 5
All three families must remain enrolled for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Reward Conditions:
The reward is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
Accommodation location is determined by Play to Learn and subject to availability
Travel, meals, and additional expenses are not included
The reward must be redeemed within 12 months of issue, or it will be forfeitedBlackout dates or availability restrictions may apply.

9. Complimentary Session Conditions
All complimentary sessions:
Must be used outside of a family’s regular booked days
Are subject to availability, licensing ratios, and operational requirements
Cannot be guaranteed for specific requested datesRequire families to be CCS-approved where applicable.

10. Reward Fulfilment
All incentives will be issued within 14–30 days after:
The referred family has completed the required 4-week attendance period
All eligibility criteria have been met

11. General Conditions
All accounts must be up to date to receive any incentives.This Program cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless explicitly statedIncentives are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Only one (1) complimentary session and one (1) book will be issued per referring family regardless of number of referrals.

12. Program Changes
Play to Learn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice.

13. Liability
Play to Learn is not liable for:
Delays in reward fulfilment due to third-party providersChanges to availability of rewards or experiences.
Any additional costs incurred by participants beyond what is explicitly included.
